Guidelines for Discounts & Rebates

1.QLC may announce special schemes on its products and services from time to time; these schemes cannot be combined with any standard rebates or discounts, unless so specified.
2.The Bundle discount for PostMaster Express & PostMaster Enterprise can only be combined with either the loyalty discount or bulk discount.
3.The Bundle discount cannot be combined with any of the Migration discount, NGO/Charitable Trust discount or the Educational Institution discount.
4.Loyalty Discount is available on repeat licenses procured by the same entity, but after the first license. Loyalty discount is computed after incorporating the Bundle discount.
5.Bulk Discount is applicable when multiple licenses are procured together, i.e. on the same invoice, and is applied on all the licenses procured. Bulk discount is computed after applying the Bundle discount.
6.Migration, NGO / Charitable Trust, Educational Institution & Armed Forces discounts are applicable on PostMaster Express & PostMaster Enterprise and all the modules that may be procured at the time. No two discounts among these may be clubbed. Bundles Discount are not applicable.
7.In the event of Module sales to existing clients, only Bundle Discount without PostMaster Express Mail & PostMaster Enterprise Mail is applicable. No other discounts are applicable
8.No discounts are applicable on the Special Modules, namely Domain Expansion, MailList, AUM, SyncBooks, Gateway.
9.Upgrade Protection after year 1 is an annual charge based on prevalent prices of PostMaster Express Mail & PostMaster Enterprise Mail only, irrespective of modules procured.
