Domain Management (Translation) Capability

Power Feature - PostMaster Enterprise

Does your organization have multiple domain names? Doesn’t that complicate matters?
Users sending email may:
- Find it time consuming to keep track of the name to be used each time
- Get confused sometimes and send emails using the incorrect domain name
- Unknowingly mislead recipients of such emails with the use of various email IDs

Does your incoming email also come from senders with multiple domains? That will definitely complicate matters more! Your users will also end up spending a lot of time and effort towards figuring out the correct domain names.

How can you help your users tackle this issue effectively? PostMaster Enterprise has the solution! Did you know that PostMaster Enterprise has Domain Management (Translation) Capability?
As the administrator, you can:
  • Set rules: Set domain translation rules for all incoming and outgoing emails
  • Enable Domain translation: For outgoing emails, enable domain translation for the “To”, and “Cc” mail headers for both remote and local delivery

With this, your users can continue to send and receive emails from different domains; rest assured that these would be displayed in the intended format!

•    To configure Domain Translation:
  1. Log in to PostMaster Enterprise as the Administrator.
  2. On the top-right corner of the Home Page, click the WebAdmin button.
  3. From the left pane, select Accounts>>Canonical. The following screen is displayed.
