Power-Feature - PostMaster Enterprise Do you often miss reading
important emails when you are not at your workplace? Senders, on the
other hand, may assume that the information has been conveyed on time.
You may inadvertently cause a bottleneck in the flow of information in
the organization! How can you avoid such a situation?
Do you know
that with PostMaster Enterprise, you can:
- View emails even
while on the move?
- Stay in touch easily at all times with the
Email-To-SMS feature? (PostMaster Enterprise offers it in conjunction
with the MailServe SMS service only.)
Are you the
administrator of PostMaster Enterprise? You can:
- Enable email as SMS: Permit users to
receive emails from specific addresses on their respective mobile
numbers
- Set rules for email as
SMS: Do this smartly and selectively – you can use a flexible set
of rules to control what messages are to be delivered over SMS
- Customize display: The administrator
can customize the SMS to display the subject line or the body of the
email.
- Set message size: The size of the SMS
can range from 140 to 300 to 460 characters, in 1, 2 or 3 messages,
respectively.
- Insert Link: You can also insert a
link to show the actual mail (using GPRS). If you send a link, the
server retains the mail for three days.
So when you have
PME, you will always see emails from your boss on time! There are two
steps in setting up SMS delivery of your email – first, a system
configuration step and next, changes to your configuration.
