Did you know that PostMaster Express allows you to generate a System Configuration Report that-
  • Saves time: The report contains all the system configuration details and is generated at a single click. This will help you save time that you can then expend on actually fixing the problem!
  • Can be emailed: Email the report from right there – it serves as a record. Simply provide the email ID to which the report should be sent. What can be better than this! So you could just send this to a web-mail ID, to be accessed in a critical situation.
In this way, you can easily troubleshoot errors or ensure a fallback in the event of a system crash.

•    To view Configuration Reports:
  1.  Log in to PostMaster Express as the Administrator.
  2.  From the left pane, select Logs Reports>>Core. The following screen is displayed.
  3. In the Email text box, enter the email ID to which the configuration report should be sent.
  4. Click the Mail button to email the configuration report to the specified email ID. 
  5. Click the View button to view the configuration report.
  6. Click the Submit button to save the changes.
