An email is more effective in communicating the message if headers, emphasized passages, italics, bulleted lists, hyperlinks, charts, graphs, illustrations and so on are used, as made possible by the HTML format.

How then can you change the format for your emails? Did you know that PostMaster Express WebMail provides greater support for HTML emails by allowing you to:
  • Display all emails in the HTML format: Read an incoming email with graphical content in the exact way in which the sender composed it.
  • Compose HTML emails: Compose emails with graphical content without any hassle, by simply setting the Compose Mail Format option to HTML

All is indeed well - for you will not miss important information in incoming emails, and you can format and personalize your outgoing emails to make it unique!

•    To enable HTML email compose:
  1. Log in to PostMaster Express.
  2. On the top-right corner of the Home Page, click the WebMail button.
  3. From the left pane, select Options>>Preferences. The following screen is displayed.
  4. In the Preferences section, select HTML from the Compose Mail Format drop-down list to compose emails in the HTML format.
  5. Click the Submit link to save the changes.
