Power Feature - PostMaster Express Today, emailing somebody is effortless. Still -

- Do you assume sometimes that an email was delivered, while actually the intended recipient may not even be aware that you have sent it?

Going ahead, how can you save all the time and effort that is lost on what should be a routine, easily achieved task?
Did you know that PostMaster Express has in place an innovative mechanism, PostMaster-to-PostMaster Delivery Notification? This means that:
- No more status checks: You can finally stop performing status checks for emails you send.
- Automatic delivery notification: When you send emails, you automatically receive delivery notifications from the receiving server without the recipients’ involvement.
The administrator of PostMaster Express can enable the delivery notifications and can set the domains for which these notifications must be activated. You do not have to buy into those excuses about lost emails any more!
• To configure Delivery Notification:
- Log in to PostMaster Express as the Administrator.
- From the left pane, select Local>>Domains.
- Select the Del Notify tab. The following screen is displayed
 - Select the address from which the delivery notification is to be sent in the Del Notify From Address drop-down list.
- In the Outgoing List section, select the Enable PM-DN For Mails From Domains check box to activate delivery notification for the outgoing emails from the specific domains.
- Enter the required domain name in the Outgoing List text box to facilitate delivery notifications for all outgoing emails from that domain.
- Click the Add button to add the domain name in the Outgoing List text box to the Outgoing List.
- Click the Edit button to edit a selected domain name from the Outgoing List.
- Click the Delete button to delete a selected domain name from the Outgoing List.
- In the Incoming List section, select the Enable PM-DN For Mails To Domains check box to activate delivery notification for the incoming emails from the specific domains.
- Enter the required domain name in the Incoming List text box to facilitate delivery notifications for all incoming emails from that domain.
- Click the Add button to add the domain name in the Incoming List text box to the Incoming List.
- Click the Edit button to edit a selected domain name from the Incoming List.
- Click the Delete button to delete a selected domain name from the Incoming List.
- Click the Submit button to save the changes.
