The Real-time Monitor is a part of the administrator interface. This first-level monitoring and diagnostic tool saves you valuable time, as you can now -
- View extracts of logs: View portions of server operation statements that form a part of the system logs.
- Act quickly: Rapidly diagnose any error as it occurs, without opening the system logs.
- Simplify tasks: It’s easy - just start the Real Time Monitor and select the module to be monitored!
Not at your workstation? No worries! Diagnose errors over the Internet - PostMaster Express has an alternative tool for you, the Web Monitor.
• To start Real Time Monitor:
- Open the Administrator interface of PostMaster Express.
- On the bottom-right corner, click the MONITOR button. The following screen is displayed.
 - Select the appropriate option from the Message Filtered by drop-down list. • Select All to display activities of all modules
• Select
PM-Mail to display the activities of only the Mail module • Select
PM-Web to display the activities of only the Web module • Select
AntiVirus to display the activities of only the Antivirus module •
Select AntiSpam to display the activities of only the Anti-spam
module - Click the Pause button to pause the monitor
• To start Web Monitor:
- In the Web console, log in to PostMaster Express as the Administrator.
- On the top-right corner of the Home Page, click the Monitor button. The following screen
is displayed.

- Select the appropriate option from the drop-down list.
• Select All to display activities of all modules • Select PM-Mail to display the activities of only the Mail module • Select PM-Web to display the activities of only the Web module • Select AntiVirus to display the activities of only the Antivirus module • Select AntiSpam to display the activities of only the Anti-spam module
