Changing password in the first login is probably the first and the most basic security essential when it comes to observing a secure email policy. More often than not, users don’t understand the gravity of this and simply procrastinate. PostMaster Enterprise ver. 8.03 helps you address this issue by making it mandatory for users to change their passwords on the very first login. To do this:

  • Login as Admin
  • Select the PostMaster tab
  • Navigate to Users > User Management
  • Edit the User settings and select the ‘Reset Password on First Login‘ option
